Cancer. The Big “C”. Cancer and heart attacks, that’s what we all fear. Each of us thinks about it every day. Is it I who will be afflicted? When will it be me? How did those guys get “it”? My mom had it, my sister has it, am I a waiting, ticking time bomb? My blood pressure rises every time I have to go to the Doctor, and I think he’s going to give me some type of bad news. When I sleep I can feel my heartbeat pounding. My blood pressure reading is normal, but high, and I know I’m going to come down with a disease. “What’s this? Is it a lump?” When will I know I have a disease? How does one even get cancer? How can I prevent myself and my loved one from getting cancer????

Aromatherapy. A strong word with many connotations to it.
We may think of fragrant candles and store bought pot pourri. But 'aroma' 'therapy' is much more.
Aromatherapy is a natural, plant-based approach to the human body that has been around for centuries. Once upon a time, it was the Drs.' pharmacological medicine of choice. But as alternate methods, such as, chemicals and derivatives, arrived in science and medicine, the old, simple plant techniques fell out of popularity and need. The old, unpopular technique was used either by the very poor or the strict naturalists and was at one time considered quite unacceptable, except in cases of extreme poverty. But today, there is a resurgence to 'simplify' and that includes our medicines and cures and a curtailing of chemical ingestion and neuron numbness.
